  • Legal wedding officiant Tina Provencher with consultations and access to her wedding officiant site to design your ceremony
  • Wedding photography of ceremony and in studio formals by Robert Provencher from Westmount Photography. High res files and social media included (no studio branding on these images. The copyright is yours.)
  • Decor, chairs and covers all set up and ready to go.
  • The studio will be decorated and ready to go.

The Kitchen Table wedding…

There’s two reasons why we occasionally see what we call The Kitchen Table wedding.

The first reason is simple. Some folks don’t want anything fancy, any fanfare or fuss on their wedding day. They simply just want to get married. And the kitchen table is enough.

Others want a kitchen table wedding because they’re planning on getting married at a destination like the Caribbean or Costa Rica or similar. And getting legally married in those countries is way too complex and often expensive. The solution is to get legally married in Ontario, with two witnesses, and have the main ceremony somewhere special, warm and sunny.

This reason we see more often than the first. Destinations weddings are very popular. And having a kitchen table pop up wedding is one way to make it all work out.

There was little room for much else. It was then that I realized shoes are a thing with her and many ladies. I always make sure to photograph the brides shoes on her wedding day. Everything, each detail has a memory attached to it.

Anyone interested in a Christmas themed Pop Up wedding?

Tina and I have been toying with the idea of hosting a one day, Christmas themed Pop Up wedding day event on Saturday, December 28th, 2019.

What do think? Are you interested, or know anyone who might be?

Here’s what we’re thinking:

  • a location suitable for up to 40 guests
  • decor to be seasonal and festive, bright and cheery
  • snacks as usual, possibly catered for that extra flair
  • most pop up weddings are two hours. This will be closer to three hours
  • maximum three weddings on that day
  • Tina will legally marry you
  • Rob will take some amazing memorable photographs
  • We will meet, consult and help you plan the perfect day
  • Pick a suitable location. We have a few ideas and welcome yours
  • The cost would range from 2,000.00 to 3,000.00…depending on food, drinks and add ons. Let’s chat!

Emily & Ken…married on the trail in the woods…

These two love hiking. So, what better place to have a pop up wedding then on the trail near Kelly Lake… This was our first wedding of the Aug 24th Pop Up wedding day even we hosted.

Ken and Emily wanted  a back up plan, in case of rain. That we had, since the Fielding Park building was rented our for the day and available to them and their friends and family in the event of sketchy weather.

Alex & Emilie…Sudbury Pop Up wedding day….

From last month, when we had our Pop Up Wedding day event at Fielding Park. The weather was perfect! Alex, who I’ve known since we was only 18, got married to Emilie that day. They’ve been going out since she was in high school and have a beautiful two year old girl.
